For the last six or seven years alpacas have been my hobby, my opportunity for personal growth, source of extraordinary friendships, reason for travel and my passion.  I have travelled to Quebec City and Ottawa for shows, Arizona for an alpaca auction, Houston for a genetic conference, Oregon for an education weekend and to Peru for a trip of a life time

I am extremely grateful that I have been able to do something that I never thought I would be able to do.  However this part of my life is coming to an end.

It is therefore with much regret that all of our alpacas are up for sale.  Please don’t think that the prices that they are listed at are any reflection of the quality of our herd.  Many of our alpacas come from extremely strong bloodlines and we have copious amounts of ribbons to support the quality of our herd.   The prices are a reflection of a challenge for me that can turn into an opportunity for you.

Our farm has been sold with a February 27th closing date.  So all alpacas must go.  In addition we are offering our livestock guardian dog free to a good home.  He is a four years old Komondor who has been raised and lived with our herd since he was 6 weeks old. He is very friendly to people but very protective of his herd.

We will also be selling our shearing table $900 and 3 panel and gate systems for $250 per set. Each set has a 3’ gate with a 5’panel and three 8’ panels.

Please browse through the website and please feel free to contact me if any alpacas peak your interest.  I would be happy to provide any additional information you need. Or better yet please feel free to drop by to have a look and feel for yourself.

KUNA LIFESTYLE

Kuna is a Peruvian lifestyle brand inspired by the magnificent textile heritage of the Incas: A magical world of colours and textures catalyzed into unique garments made of the precious natural fibres Alpaca, Vicuna and Pima Cotton.  We recently traveled to Peru and had the opportunity to tour the facilities that make these beautiful products and have been given the chance to bring these exquisite fashion designs to Canada.

We came across other fabulous finds on our travels and have added them to our product lines.  We now have lovely scarves, both for winter and summer, knitted and woven, mitts, hand painted necklaces, blankets and purses.  We have also found some really nice socks to add to our current assortment.  Our prices range for $5 up to $199, something for every price point.

Our yarns from last years clip has arrived so we have a good assortment of different colours and weights.  We have had some hand spinners spin up some yarn for us to add some variety.  Along with a more limited selection of rovings and felt.

We hope you drop by to see our new lines and have a farm visit.  We realize our products are specialized and not for everyone's taste.  So please don't feel obligated to buy anything.  We just hope that you learn something new and enjoy your visit enough to tell others about us.

Please see our  Alpaca Store  page to view some of the products we have available.
